In this role, I led end-to-end event branding and marketing, including the development and execution of the visual identity, promotional strategy, and event website. I managed sponsorship and ticketing infrastructure, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and reporting to support fundraising goals. I also partnered closely with the decorator and stage production team to align creative direction across all event touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive guest experience from digital engagement through live event execution.
