Define and enforce brand standards across global campaigns, ensuring consistency in visual identity, messaging, and positioning across multiple platforms, and successfully launching new channels such as BlueSky to expand reach. Maintain and analyze digital performance dashboards, leveraging Google Analytics and SEO insights to shape strategy and improve conversion rates and drive 32K+ video views and 14K+ new website visitors across campaigns in 2025.

Innovating web communications for SEO and organic search results, I've driven multiple successful event promotions, boosting membership, SOAR, and WASTECON attendance. As a communications master, I oversee digital advertising through platforms like Feathr, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager. From Media Design Manager to Director of Marketing, I've delved into full-cycle marketing campaigns, cultivating a passion for every aspect contributing to SWANA's growth and success.

As a media design manager, I played a key role in transforming our creative narrative and driving the internship program's growth—a crucial step in my journey toward becoming a director. I mentored a high-performing team of marketing, digital design, and web interns, contributing to their successful career placements. Additionally, I efficiently managed 15 print vendors, photographers, videographers, and design contractors for WASTECON and SOAR. Taking on creative leadership, I directed comprehensive design and marketing campaigns across various platforms, leading to a significant 25% improvement in brand recognition through the Brand Revival initiative for SWANA, WASTECON, and SOAR.

During my graphic design days at SWANA, I went beyond conventional design; I crafted experiences and transformed perspectives. I took charge of creative direction and cross-departmental communication, translating abstract concepts into tangible designs aligned seamlessly with project goals. I maintained a keen eye on brand consistency, ensuring every publication, logo, and ad resonated with SWANA’s unique style. I navigated the print world with vendors, enhancing production efficiency and employing ninja-like skills to minimize errors, and transformed traditional print materials into immersive experiences intertwined with our customer's digital journey.

Graphic Designer/Assistant Branch Manager | Embrace Home Loans

At Embrace Home Loans, I delved into the realms of marketing and design, wielding tools to enhance client connections and mortgage education. I efficiently managed and coordinated a dream team of five mortgage loan officers, playing the vital role of a communication liaison to ensure seamless dialogue between loan officers, realtors, and homebuyers. I significantly increased homebuyer seminar attendance by 50% through crafted realtor campaigns utilizing social media, email magic, and print advertisements. I supercharged our online presence on social media platforms, employing targeted marketing tools and strategies that resulted in a notable growth in our follower count.
